UNIFORMS: School uniforms and house uniforms (to be worn on Saturdays) for our children are supplied by Creations. Children who want to wear sweaters should buy the prescribed colour and pattern only. Outside sweaters are not allowed. Blazers are compulsory from Std 6th Onwards. Attendance policy Charans Public School considers student attendance as a very important dimension in the growth and development of its students. Teachers mark attendance on a daily basis and the principal's office receives daily updates regarding students' absences and tardies - excused, & unexcused. This information is reviewed with parents on a periodic basis. Primary School (Std 1-2) Prayer Bell- 8:30 am Class Timings - 8:45 am to 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday) - 8:30 am to 12:00 noon (Saturday) Short Break- 10:05 am to 10:20 am , Lunch Break- 11:40 am to 12:10 pm Lunch- All bags, tiffin boxes and water bottles should be labelled neatly with the name of the child, class, section etc so that they do not get mixed up.
